You can add and manage Readers and Reader groups only if your Document360 project’s reader access is set to Private or Mixed private . Reader accounts with Admin or Owner portal roles in a project can add or delete a reader account. Additionally, custom roles with Manage reader account permission can also add reader accounts. ## Click Create In the Readers tab, click the Create dropdown at the top right. ## Select New reader Select New reader from the dropdown. ## Enter Email IDs The Create reader account panel will appear. Enter the email ID of the reader accounts. To add multiple reader accounts, separate the email IDs with commas. You can add up to five reader accounts at a time. ## Enable SSO (optional) Select the SSO user check box to add the user as an SSO (Single Sign-On) user. ## Choose SSO configuration If adding an SSO user, select the SSO configuration from the Select SSO dropdown. ## Skip invitation email (optional) Select the Skip invitation email check box to prevent new readers from receiving an invitation email. ## Assign the content access In the Content access dropdown, choose the access level for the reader: None: Select this option if the reader should not have access to any knowledge base content. All: Choose this option to grant access to all knowledge base content across all workspaces and languages. Workspace/Language: Restrict access to content within specific workspaces and languages. Reader will only be able to view content designated for these selections. Category: Limit access to certain categories within specified workspaces and languages. Readers will have access only to content categorized under selected categories. ## Assign to groups (optional) In the Assign groups dropdown, associate the reader account with an existing group (optional). Available reader groups will be listed. You can also add a reader account without assigning it to a group. ## Create reader account Once all details are filled in, click Create reader account . ## Confirmation notification A success notification will appear at the top right, confirming the reader account has been added.
