### FAQ

#### What happens if different durations are set for the status indicator at the article level and the Knowledge Base level?

The setting at the Knowledge Base level (**Show article status for** in**Article Settings & SEO**) will take precedence over the article-level setting (**Show status for**in **Article settings**). This means the status will remain visible on the Knowledge base site for the number of days specified at the overall site level, even if a different duration is set at the article level.

The platform where project members manage and create content for the knowledge base. It allows users to create categories, articles, and templates; manage files, team accounts, and readers; and configure site settings such as branding, domain, and security.
