It lets you send messages to customers via social media messaging applications or directly on your website. Integrating Sunshine Conversations with Document360 lets you streamline customer communication and enhance user engagement across channels including WhatsApp and SMS. --- ## Before you begin - You need a Sunshine Conversations account. - You need your **Sunshine Conversations App ID**. See [How to find your Sunshine Conversations App ID](/docs/sunshine#how-to-find-your-sunshine-conversations-app-id) below. --- ## Find your Sunshine Conversations App ID The Sunshine Conversations App ID is a unique code obtained from the Sunshine Conversations application. It is required to connect Sunshine Conversations with Document360. 1. Access your Sunshine Conversations dashboard and complete the initial account setup. 2. Go to the **Apps** section in the dashboard and click **Create New App**. 3. Enter a name for your app and any relevant description to help identify its purpose. 4. Save your app. It will now appear in your **Apps** list. 5. Navigate back to the dashboard and select the app you want to use. 6. Go to **Settings** from the selected app's dashboard. 7. Scroll down to the **App Details** section to find the **App ID** and click **Copy**. Select **Sunshine Conversations** from the list of integrations and click **Add**. Add a **Description** and enter your **App ID**. NOTE The App ID is a unique code obtained from the Sunshine Conversations application. It is required to connect Sunshine Conversations and Document360 in the knowledge base portal. 1. Optionally, expand **Code inclusion/exclusion conditions** to control when the integration runs based on **IP address**, **Workspace**, or **Language**. 2.
