Document360 offers six unique subscription plans for you to choose from.

NOTE

You can also purchase additional projects, workspaces, languages, translation credits (1 million characters), storage, team accounts, and readers in the Professional, Business and Enterprise plans.

Enterprise +

The Enterprise + plan provides dedicated servers, ensuring improved performance, enhanced security, and faster load times. It supports scalable operations with high reliability and customization options to meet the needs of larger teams and organizations.

Startup program

As part of the startup program, you will receive six months of free access to Document360’s Business and Enterprise plans. This includes a personalized public site, mentorship, and access to key resources. After the six months, you will be charged 50% of the original plan price for the next six months, based on the plan you select.

Accessing Billing overview page

1. From the knowledge base portal, go to Settings > Knowledge base portal > Billing.

2. You can access the My plan, Payment information, and Invoice history tabs.

• My plan - Current plan details are available. You can change your current plan by clicking on Change plan. If you want to purchase addons, click Purchase add-on. You can also select the context menu () to Cancel subscription from this tab.

• Payment information - View/change the Credit card and Billing address information.

• Invoice history - Previous invoice information is available on this page. Add/remove invoice recipients and download invoices.

How do I change my plan?

NOTE

Only the project's Owner(s) and team accounts with Billing access permission can access Billing features.

1. From the knowledge base portal, go to Settings > Knowledge base portal > Billing and My plan tab would be the default selection.

2. Click Change plan to upgrade or downgrade your subscription.

3. The plans available in Document360 appears

   • Free

   • Professional

   • Business

   • Enterprise

NOTE

You can downgrade from any plan to the Free plan.
You can upgrade to the Free plan from a trial project.

4. Choose a subscription plan that meets your company's needs by using the toggle at the top

   • Annual: Pay upfront for a year-long subscription to Document360. You will be billed on the same day you started your subscription the following year.

   • Monthly: Pay for a month-long subscription to Document360. You will be billed on the same day you start your subscription the following month.

NOTE

You can choose a Monthly or Annual subscription for the Professional plan. Only Annual subscriptions are available for the Business and Enterprise plans.
If you are in the Annual plan, you can only upgrade to another Annual plan.

5. Choose the desired plan by clicking Upgrade or Downgrade and proceed with the payment.

NOTE

As of September 2024, we have revised our pricing structure. If you are on a legacy pricing plan—meaning you subscribed before this date—you will not be able to change your plan directly through the portal. Upgrading requires assistance from our support team. Please contact the Document360 support to switch to the new pricing plan.
