Document360 lets you build a footer navigation bar for your knowledge base that keeps important resources or information, such as pricing information, free trial sign up, a contact us page, etc.

Similar to the navigation bar, users can add up to six custom links to the footer navigation. Also, add and feature social media links to drive engagement in your social channels. Custom links will display on the left side of the footer nav, while social media links will display on the right side.


  1. Open Footer Navigation in Site Design and Navigations.
  2. Click Add Link.
  3. Choose Custom URL from the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter a descriptive name for the URL in Link Name.
  5. Enter the URL.
  6. Select the checkbox if you want the link to open in a new tab.
URLs must begin with https://
