Team accounts can now group similar tags into Groups for better organizing the Tag library.
Accessing the Tag Groups page
- From the Knowledge base portal, navigate to "Content tools > Documentation > Tags"
- Select the "Groups" tab
- You can view the list of Tag groups if you have any
- Click on the "Create group" to add a tag group
- Add the "Tag group" name and description and click "Create"
Adding tags to Tag groups
You can either add Tags to the group from two instances
- Instance 1: Selecting the Group when you create the tag
- Instance 2: Using the "Move" option in the Tag library
