Team accounts can now group similar tags into Groups for better organizing the Tag library.


Accessing the Tag Groups page

  1. From the Knowledge base portal, navigate to "Content tools > Documentation > Tags"
  2. Select the "Groups" tab
  3. You can view the list of Tag groups if you have any
  4. Click on the "Create group" to add a tag group
  5. Add the "Tag group" name and description and click "Create"

Adding tags to Tag groups

You can either add Tags to the group from two instances

  • Instance 1: Selecting the Group when you create the tag
  • Instance 2: Using the "Move" option in the Tag library
