Document360 lets you build a navigation bar for your knowledge base that keeps important resources or information, such as pricing information, free trial sign up, a contact us page, etc, close by no matter what article they're reading.

The navigation is divided into two sections — left and right. You can add up to 6 custom URLs or Call to Action buttons. By default, it contains two links: Home and Documentation. Of course, these can be deleted or renamed.

To add a custom URL to the header

  1. Open Header Navigation in Site Design and Navigations.
  2. Click Add Link.
  3. Choose Custom URL from the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter a descriptive name for the URL in Link Name.
  5. Enter the URL.
  6. Select the checkbox if you want the link to open in a new tab.
