1. How to hide the 'Print' option on the Knowledge base site?

  1. From the knowledge base portal, go to SettingsKnowledge base siteArticle settings & SEO, and the Article settings tab is the default selection
  2. Under the Article header section, you can find the Show print button toggle
  3. Turn it to Off
  4. The Print option is hidden on the Knowledge base site

4. How to change the favicon of the Knowledge base site?

  1. Go to SettingsKnowledge base siteDesign, and the Design page appears
  2. Under Settings section, you can find the Favicon icon
  3. Click the icon and a popup appears with the option to upload from URL or Drive
    • For uploading from URL: Enter the URL and click Insert
    • For uploading from Drive: Click Upload an image and select the desired image in the Drive. Click the Insert button
  4. Once you're done, click Save

5. How to change the text in the search bar as per the selected language?

  1. Go to SettingsKnowledge base portalLocalization & VersionsLocalization variables
  2. Select the desired language in the language list
  3. Expand the General section and you can find the 'Search' text
  4. Type in the desired text you want inside search bar
  5. Click Save

6. How to change the 'View all results for' text in the Knowledge base?

  1. Go to SettingsKnowledge base portalLocalization & VersionsLocalization variables
  2. Select the desired language in the language list
  3. Expand the General section and you can find the 'View all results for' text
  4. Type in the desired text you want instead of 'View all results for'
  5. Click Save

7. How to rename Table of contents (TOC)?

  1. Go to SettingsKnowledge base portalLocalization & VersionsLocalization variables
  2. Select the desired language in the language list
  3. Expand the Article right section and you can find the 'Table of contents' text
  4. Type in the desired text you want instead of 'Table of contents'
  5. Click Save
