Contextual AI assistance in the Knowledge Base widget

The Knowledge Base widget now includes Contextual AI assistance, powered by Eddy AI. This update helps you provide proactive, context-aware help to your end users without requiring them to search manually.
For example, when a user visits a pricing page or clicks a “Need help?” button in your product, the widget can automatically display relevant guidance based on that page or action. This enhancement removes friction and ensures users receive the right information exactly when they need it.

View Document360 SSO certificate expiry details

You can now view the expiry date of the Document360 SSO certificate used for SAML authentication. A blue information banner appears at the top of the SAML/OpenID configuration page 15 days before the certificate expires. This banner is visible only to team accounts with permissions to configure SSO and applies to all SAML configurations in the project.
