Plans supporting get assistance feature in the knowledge base portal

You can activate the Get Assistance option to launch Document360's Knowledge Base widget, an in-app assistant. Use this Knowledge Base widget for self-service, to look up information in Document360's Knowledge Base, or to raise a support ticket.
From the Knowledge base portal, click the Help icon on the top-right.
Select the Get assistance option.

Knowledge base
Select the Page help tab to search for answers in the Document360 product documentation. Use the workspace and language dropdowns to make your selections.
Select the Knowledge base tab at the top to browse and read any available help article. Again, use the workspace and language dropdowns to choose your preferences.
Select the Support option to solve a problem or raise a support ticket. Then, follow the interactive and intuitive questions to get the support you need.
You can move this blade anywhere on the screen by clicking the reposition icon next to the close button in the top-right corner.
