The 'System status' page shows the current and past system status of the Document360 platform. Customers can view information such as uptime, downtime, outages, and any other issues.

1. From the Dashboard or the Knowledge base portal, click on the Help icon at the top
2. Select System status option
3. A new browser tab would open with the 'System status' page, which shows the current operational status
4. This page displays the Monitors and Incidents
   • The Monitors shows the uptime for the past seven days
   • The Incidents show the detailed analysis of the outage/event, the time details, and a detailed report of the cause and resolution
5. You can also be notified of the changes by clicking on the "Subscribe to updates" on the top-right and providing your email address to receive notifications
