You can integrate the Document360 knowledge base with Disqus in simple steps.

  1. From the Document360 portal, go to Settings→ Knowledge base site→ Integrations

  2. Click the Add new integration button at the top right, and this opens an Integration setup panel

  3. Select Disqus from the list of integrations available in the blade window

  4. Add a Description and enter the Disqus URL

What is Disqus ID?

Disqus URL is a code you can get from the Disqus Account Interface, and you use it for Document360+ Disqus Integration in the Document360 Knowledge base portal.

  1. Enable the Status toggle bar and Click Add button at the bottom

If required, you can add advanced insertion rules to your Olark integration using the advanced insertion rules option in the integration panel.

How to get the Disqus URL

  1. Sign in to your Disqus account dashboard → Click Installation from the left-side toolbar
  2. Scroll down and click Install manually with Universal code button→In the Universal code Install Instructions, scroll down and copy the URL from under s.src = in the snippet
