Document360 uses Disqus, a commenting plug-in, to allow end-users to comment on articles within a knowledge base.
To enable Disqus, you’ll first need to set up and configure the Disqus integration.
Once configured, commenting will be enabled on all articles by default.
Disabling comments on a public article
If you don't have the Disqus integration enabled, end-users can't comment on a public article.
- Click Article Settings (gear icon) in the top right of the article editor screen.
- Click General.
- Select Allow Comments.
- Click Save 1
If you want to disable public comments on every article:
- Navigate to the Integrations section in Settings.
- Click Delete on the Disqus list item.
Doing this removes the integration entirely. If, in the future, you decide to re-enable Disqus, you'll need to re-configure the integration by following the steps found in the Disqus topic.
