You can export the glossary terms in your knowledge base project as a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file.

Utilize the filters such as "Search term," "Updated by," and "Updated on" to narrow down the desired glossary terms. You can also download the glossary terms data of a specific language in your project.


How to export the glossary terms?

  1. Go to Content toolsContent reuseGlossary
  2. Select the desired language from the Languages dropdown at the top
    (The default selection is "All languages")
  3. If needed, use the filters ("Updated by" and "Updated on") to narrow down the glossary terms

  1. Click the Export CSV button at the top
  2. Wait for a few seconds to let Document360 compile the terms
  3. A file with a (.csv) extension is downloaded to your local device storage

To open the exported CSV file, you can use Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice Calc, Google Docs, or other CSV tools.

What are the glossary data available in the exported file?

The exported glossary file contains the below information:

  • Glossary name
  • Glossary definition
  • Dependencies (in numbers)
  • Updated by
  • Updated on
