FullStory is a user-experience Intelligence tool for analyzing user data and will be extremely useful for a product and marketing team to understand user behavior. You can monitor clicks and page transitions easily using FullStory.
FullStory has special analytics features like real-time user analytics that include retention and funnels. Magic-moments is a unique feature in FullStory, which is used to showcase readymade recording sessions of users.
Document360 + FullStory
You need to follow these simple steps to integrate Document360 with FullStory.

From the Document360 portal, go to Settings → Knowledge base site → Integrations

Click the Add new integration button at the top right

Select FullStory from the list of integrations available in the blade window

You can either configure with Basic configuration or Custom configuration
- Basic configuration - Configure a standard integration of FullStory with your Knowledge base.
To configure with Basic configuration:
a. Type a Description
b. Type the FullStory IDWhat is FullStory ID?FullStory ID is a piece of code you can get from the FullStory application, and you use it for Document360+FullStory integration in the Document360 Knowledge base portal.
- Custom configuration - Configure an advanced integration of FullStory with your Knowledge base by adding custom events in snippet code.
To configure with Custom configuration:
a. Type a Description
b. Type the desired snippet code - Basic configuration - Configure a standard integration of FullStory with your Knowledge base.

If required, you can add advanced insertion rules to your FullStory integration using the advanced insertion rules option in the integration panel

Ensure that the Status toggle is enabled

Click Add button at the bottom
How to get the FullStory ID?
a. If you are an existing user of FullStory:

Open your FullStory dashboard, click on your project profile from the top-right →Settings→under My Profile

Click on FullStory setup, under your recording snippet, you can find the FullStory ID in the
window['_fs_org']
b. If you are a new user of FullStory:
you will be getting the FullStory ID during the initial FullStory account installation process.
Once you complete the FullStory integration in your Document360 knowledge base, you can open your FullStory account segment to view the segment-based Analytics. Now you can track and view all your knowledge base site analytics and user behaviour from your FullStory dashboard.
You can integrate FullStory if you want your site's analytics with segment-based data and online recording sessions.
