Team auditing allows you to monitor the actions taken by team accounts in your project. You can filter the audit log by event, audit date, and user. You can also export the data as a CSV file for further analysis.

Team auditing lets you monitor what actions your team accounts are taking in your project.

Accessing Team auditing

  1. Go to SettingsKnowledge base portalTeam auditingTeam auditing
  2. The list of team auditing data appears
  3. You can use the filters to narrow down the data

Available filters

There are several ways to filter the audit log:

  1. Events: View actions taken in specific areas of the project
  2. Audit date: View actions taken within a certain time frame
  3. Activity by user: View actions taken by specific team accounts

To filter by event

  1. In the Filter by bar, click Events
  2. Search the desired event in the Filter events field
  3. Select the events you want to filter
  4. Click Apply

To filter by audit date

  1. In the Filter by bar, click Audit date
  2. Select the desired date range you want to filter
    • 1 year: View actions taken in the last one year
    • 3 Months: View actions taken in the last three months
    • 30 Days: View actions taken in the last 30 days
    • 7 Days: View actions taken in the last 7 days
    • Select specific dates: Select a specific date range and view actions taken in that date range

To filter by user

  1. In the Filter by bar, click User.
  2. Use the Search field to find the desired team account
  3. Select the desired team account(s)
  4. Click Apply

Exporting Team auditing data

  1. Go to SettingsKnowledge base portalTeam auditingTeam auditing
  2. Use the filters to narrow down the auditing data
  3. Click Export CSV and the exported CSV file would be downloaded to your local device storage

You can use Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice Calc, Google Docs, or other CSV tools to open the exported CSV file.
