Manage your language preferences brings a new experience to the Document360 users by allowing them to explore the platform in multiple languages such as English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Through accessibility and user preferences, you can navigate, collaborate, and create documentation seamlessly, regardless of their linguistic backgrounds.


How to manage your language preferences?

  1. Navigate to the top right corner of the Knowledge base portal and click User profile > My profile.

  2. In the My profile panel, click the Portal language dropdown and select your desired language.

FAQs

1. What happens if the browser does not support the selected language?

If the browser does not support the selected language, Document360 automatically defaults to English.

2. What if I select Spanish within the application but my browser's preferred language is set to English?

If the browser's preferred language is English but the user selects Spanish within the application, all projects will be displayed in Spanish, following the user's preference. Similarly, if the browser's preferred language is set to Spanish, all projects are displayed accordingly.
