Updating the preferences for an article
To update the preferences in an article from the Knowledge base portal, follow the steps given below.
Navigate to any article (Published or Unpublished).
Click the More (•••) icon in the article header.
Click on the Preferences tab in the Article settings.
Select or clear the checkbox next to each option to enable or deactivate respective preferences.
Allow comments: Allow readers to comment via Disqus.
Show table of contents: Display the table of contents in your article.
Enable feedback: Allow end-users to comment on articles within a knowledge base.
Click Save.
