Deleting an Article is quite easy. You can either delete individual articles in categories (or) delete a bunch of articles in one go.

Deleting individual articles

1. Hover over the article in the Category manager, click on the More icon (•••), and select Delete
   (or)

2. Go to the specific article, click More options near the publish button, and click Delete

3. In the Delete confirmation prompt, click Yes

4. The article would be deleted from your Knowledge base

Deleting multiple articles in one go

You can delete multiple articles at once in 'All articles'.

1. From the Knowledge base portal, click All articles

2. If required, use the filter options to narrow down the articles

3. Select the articles you want to delete

4. Click the Delete option at the top and click Yes in the Delete confirmation prompt
