Renaming the articles is straightforward. You can rename the article in the below two ways.
Method 1

From the Knowledge base portal, go to Documentation

Navigate to the desired article, and the article name appears at the top

Click the article name and update it

Once done, click Save
- If the article is in the 'Published' status, a Title update confirmation popup appears
- Click Yes
Method 2
Applicable only for articles in New article status.

From the Knowledge base portal, go to Documentation

Hover the mouse pointer over the article in the Category manager, and the ••• (More) icon appears

Click ••• (More) → Rename

Update the article name

To save the change, press Enter/Return key (or) click anywhere in the window
Why doesn't the article name change reflect in the knowledge base site?
- If the article is in Draft status, the change in the article name doesn't reflect immediately in the Knowledge base site. The article name change will reflect only after publishing it
- If the article is in Published status, the change in article name will reflect immediately in the Knowledge base site
