Add-ons in Document360 let you extend your current plan with additional capacity or features — such as extra storage, users, translation credits, or integrations — without upgrading to a higher-tier plan. They are available on the Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans, and are billed on the same cycle as your base plan. You purchase and manage add-ons directly from the Billing section in your Knowledge base portal.
Before you begin
- You must have a saved payment card on your account before purchasing any add-on. Navigate to Settings > Knowledge base portal > Billing > Payment information to add a card. For details, see Manage your plan.
- Only Owners, Admins with billing access, and custom roles with billing access can purchase add-ons.
Customers on a legacy plan can only purchase the following add-ons: Projects, Workspaces, Languages, Translation Credits, Storage, Users, and Readers. This is available exclusively for online customers. Offline customers should contact the support team for assistance.

The following add-ons are available across plans. "Yes" means the add-on is included or available for purchase. "Add-on" means it must be purchased separately. "No" means it is not available on that plan.

How to purchase add-ons
- Navigate to Settings > Knowledge base portal in the left navigation bar.
- In the left navigation pane, select Billing. The My plan tab opens by default.
- Click Purchase add-on.
- Select the required add-ons using the + and − buttons to set the quantity.
- Click Confirm to complete the payment.
The add-on is activated immediately. A prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period is applied at purchase. The full add-on cost is included in your next renewal invoice.
Document360 AI Capture add-on
Document360 AI Capture is an optional add-on that provides advanced content creation tools directly within the Document360 editor. With Document360 AI Capture, you can:

- Capture and edit screenshots
- Record videos directly in the editor
- Create interactive demos
Trial access
You can try Document360 AI Capture before purchasing:
- Trial projects: If your project is on a Document360 trial, Document360 AI Capture is included for 14 days.
- Paid projects: You can activate a standalone Document360 AI Capture trial for 7 days of unlimited access to all features.
Document360 AI Capture features display status badges: New, Try, Buy, or Lock. These indicate whether a feature is newly available, currently in trial, requires purchase, or is restricted after the trial has ended.
What happens when the Document360 AI Capture trial ends
Your Document360 AI Capture content is preserved after the trial ends, but some features are restricted until you purchase the add-on:

If you start a retrial, all Document360 AI Capture content becomes editable again for the duration of the retrial period.

Access to Document360 AI Capture features depends on your project role:
- Owners and admins with billing access: Can activate the Document360 AI Capture trial or purchase the add-on directly.
- Contributors: Can start the Document360 AI Capture trial and use its features if the add-on is active in the project, but cannot request to purchase the add-on.
- Custom roles with billing access: Can request to purchase the Document360 AI Capture add-on.

- Purchase add-ons in the correct unit increments. Storage is sold in 50 GB units and readers in 5,000-reader units — plan your quantities to avoid over-purchasing.
