In the Article bottom section, you can choose the details which have to be displayed at the bottom of the articles on the knowledge base site.

Accessing Article bottom

  1. Go to SettingsKnowledge base siteArticle settings & SEOArticle settings
  2. Under Article bottom, you can access the below options:
    a. Show feedback form
    b. Show Previous/Next navigations
    c. Show article comments
Changes made in Article bottom settings would be applied to every article and category page in the project.

a. Show feedback form

Use this toggle to enable or disable the feedback section at the bottom for all articles in your project.

  • When toggled on, all articles will have the feedback section at the article bottom. You can access the Feedback in the analytics section (Analytics → Feedback).

  • When toggled off, the feedback section will not be available at the article's bottom


b. Show Previous/Next navigations

Use this toggle to enable or disable the previous and next navigations at the bottom for all articles in your project.

  • When toggled on, previous and next article navigation is displayed at the article bottom. In the first article of the knowledge base, only Next article appears at the bottom. In the last article of the knowledge base, only Previous article appears at the bottom.
Category

Only the articles and category pages appear in the previous/next navigation section.
Index and Folder category types are not shown in the previous/next navigation section.

  • When toggled off, previous and next article navigation will not be available at the article bottom

c. Show article comments

Use this toggle to enable or disable the comment section at the bottom for all articles in your project. You must have enabled the Disqus integration in Document360.

  • When toggled on, the comments section is displayed at the article's bottom. Readers can access this section with the Disqus credentials
  • When toggled off, the comments section will not be available at the article's bottom

  1. Go to SettingsKnowledge base portalLocalization & VersionsLocalization variables
  2. Select the desired language in the Select language section
  3. Expand the Article bottom section
  4. Update the desired text(s)

By default, the variables texts are localized to the respective language.
