The All files overview page on the Drive compiles all the files available for the Document360 project in one place. This feature comes in handy when you want to perform any bulk operation on all the files in the Drive.

The difference here is that you can perform bulk actions on a compilation of files belonging to different folders on the Drive.

Accessing the 'All files' overview page

  1. Navigate to the Drive by clicking on the "Drive" icon on the left menu

  2. At the top of the left navigation pane, you can find the All files option,

  3. The "All files" overview page with all the files appears in the central panel

  4. The file list view is limited to 20 files on a page (Pagination)

  5. To view more files, use the pagination navigation at the bottom of the list. You can go back and forth in the list view using this option

You can access the "All files" section from the Documentation editor by clicking the Insert fileor Insert imageFrom file picker.

Bulk operation on files

You can perform bulk operations on the selected (all or specific) files. Though the bulk operation is available in all the individual folder view pages, this page is distinct as the user can access the entirety of Document360 Drive files.

  1. Click on specific files or the Select all button at the top of the list
Select all

When you use the "Select all" checkbox at the top of the list, you select only 20 files. Click "Select all {N} items" to select all the files in your Document360 Drive.
