Document360 can send notifications via email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and other webhook platforms when a change or update is made to your project. The various places you can receive a notification are what we call Notification channels. Notification channels must be set up and authenticated before receiving project updates or change alerts.
Accessing Notification channels
Go to Settings → Knowledge base portal → Notifications → Notification channels
- All the configured notification channels appear on the Notification channels page
- A default email notification channel would be available, and it would be mapped with the team account email that created the project
Default email channel cannot be deleted. However, you can update the email configuration as per your requirement.
- You can also add new notification channels as per your requirement
