Analytics data of Likes, Dislikes, Views, Reads, and Average time spent will take a few minutes to reflect on the performance overview page.

How Document360 analytics work?

In Document360, the analytics events are captured based on the below basis:

'Views/Likes/Dislikes/Reads/Time Spent'

  • Document360 collects data & stores them in the browser's local storage for 30 days.

  • It is not counted as a view Whenever a user revisits an article from the same browser(i.e., Google, Bing, Brave) within 30 days.

It ensures that the data collected is more accurate than that of Google Analytics or other external analytics users.
