The All files page in Document360 Drive brings every file in your project into a single view, regardless of which folder or subfolder it lives in. It is the fastest way to perform bulk operations — moving, copying, downloading, or removing multiple files at once without navigating folder by folder.
Why use the All files page?
Manage files at scale — Perform bulk operations across your entire Drive from one place instead of repeating actions folder by folder.
Monitor storage — See how much Drive storage your project is using at a glance.
Find files faster — Use filters to narrow down files by type, upload date, uploader, tags, or dependency status without browsing through folders.
Clean up unused assets — Filter for files with no dependencies to identify and remove assets that are no longer in use.
Before you begin
You must have access to Document360 Drive.
The All files page shows 20 files per page. This is fixed and cannot be changed.
Bulk move and copy operations work within the same project only.
Removing a file that has active dependencies will break any article, page, or content reuse element that references it. A warning is shown before deletion, but the action is not reversible from this page — removed files go to the Recycle Bin where they can be restored or permanently deleted.
How to open the All files page
Navigate to Drive () in the left navigation bar in the Knowledge base portal.
In the left navigation pane, navigate to All files.
The All files page opens, listing all files across every folder and subfolder in your project.

Uploaded by | Filters files by the user who uploaded them |
Type | Filters files by file format |

Pagination
The All files page displays 20 files per page. Use the Next and Previous buttons or click a page number at the bottom of the list to navigate between pages.
How to perform bulk operations
Select files
There are two ways to select files:
Select individually — Click the checkbox next to each file you want to include.
Select all on current page — Click the Select all checkbox at the top of the list to select all 20 files on the current page.
NOTE
To select every file in your project across all pages, click Select all {N} items after using Select all. This extends the selection beyond the current page to all files project-wide.
Choose a bulk action
Once files are selected, the following actions become available in the top menu bar:
Action | What it does |
|---|---|
Move | Relocates selected files to another folder or subfolder within the same project. File URLs do not change. |
Copy | Duplicates selected files to another folder or subfolder within the same project. Each copy gets a new URL and is prefixed with "Copy of". |
Download | Downloads all selected files to your local storage as a .zip file. |
Remove | Moves selected files to the Recycle Bin. Files can be restored or permanently deleted from there. |
CAUTION
Removing files with active dependencies will break any articles, pages, or content reuse elements that reference them. A warning is displayed before the action is confirmed — review dependencies before proceeding.

Best practices
Filter before you act — Applying a filter before selecting files lets you perform bulk operations on a targeted subset, reducing the risk of accidentally affecting files you didn't intend to.
Check dependencies before bulk removal — Even though a warning appears, reviewing dependencies in advance helps you plan which files are safe to delete and which need to be re-linked first.
Use "Without dependencies" to clean up regularly — Filtering for files with no dependencies is the quickest way to identify unused assets. Make this part of your periodic Drive maintenance routine.
Download before removing — If you are unsure whether files are still needed, bulk download them before removing. This gives you a local backup in case you need to restore something that bypasses the Recycle Bin.
Use grid view for image audits — Switching to grid view when auditing images makes it easier to visually spot outdated screenshots or incorrect visuals before acting on them.
