Document360 offers a 14-day free trial that lets you explore all plans and features before committing to a subscription. During the trial, you can switch between plans at no cost to evaluate which tier best fits your needs. At any point during or after the trial, you can subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Document360 without interruption.

NOTE

Only Owners of the project can access Billing features.

How to change your plan during the trial period

During the 14-day trial, you can switch between plans freely to explore features available in each tier.

  1. On the Top navigation bar, click the dropdown on the TRIAL ENDS IN N DAYS button.
  2. Select Try other plans to open the Change plan page. The page displays all available plans.
  3. Click Try now under the plan you want to explore.
NOTE

If you select a lower-tier plan, you will be directed to a page listing the features you will lose access to.

  1. Depending on the plan direction:
    • Moving to a lower-tier plan — Select the checkbox to confirm you accept the downgrade and deletion of configurations not supported in the lower-tier plan, then click Change plan.
    • Moving to a higher-tier plan — A success message appears once your plan is upgraded.

  • Click Book a demo to schedule a product demonstration.
  • Click Chat with us to reach the customer support team.

You can also review your current plan and trial status from the Billing page:

Best practices

  • Start with the highest-tier plan during the trial to explore all advanced features first, then switch to a lower plan to understand what you would be giving up — this gives you a complete picture before subscribing.
  • Review the Billing page early in your trial to understand plan differences and avoid last-minute decisions as the trial deadline approaches.
  • Check the feature loss list carefully before confirming a downgrade — configurations not supported in the lower plan will be deleted.
  • Contact support before the trial ends if you need more time to evaluate. Extensions are available on a case-by-case basis.
  • Use "Book a demo" from the trial dropdown if you need a guided walkthrough of a specific plan's capabilities before purchasing.
