When you create a category or subcategory, a folder icon will be assigned as the default icon. You can change the icon for any category or subcategory to an emoji to better communicate the content to your end-user.

How will you change the category icon?

1. From the Knowledge base portal, go to Documentation

2. In the left navigation panel, click the folder icon/emoji adjacent to the desired category

3. Wait for a few seconds, and an emoji pop-up window appears

4. Find an emoji by using the search bar, looking through the categories along the top, or by using the color tone icons next to the search bar

5. Select the desired emoji
