Reader groups overview page
What is a Reader group?
Reader groups act as assignable sets of permissions that limit what a reader can view on the private knowledge base.
For example, say you want your sales team to have access to documentation on billing, but you don't want them to have access to anything else. You would create a reader group with access limited to the 'billing' category, and then assign all sales team reader accounts to that reader group.
Accessing the Readers overview page
From the knowledge base portal, click on Settings → Users & Security → Readers and select the Reader groups tab at the top.
The reader group overview page would be available with all the existing reader group information.
