When you receive emails from Document360, it’s important to know they’re from an official source.
To improve delivery reliability and prevent our messages from landing in your spam or promotions folder, we send communication from a verified set of email addresses.
Why multiple email addresses are used
Document360 uses dedicated sender addresses for different communication purposes.

How to ensure you receive Document360 emails
Add Document360 to your contacts
Add the above email addresses manually to your contact list.
In most email clients, you can right-click the sender's name and select Add to contacts.
NOTE
Adding these addresses ensures that future emails from Document360 are delivered directly to your inbox.
Mark Document360 emails as important
In Gmail: Click the ★ star icon or right-click the email and select Mark as important.
In Outlook: Right-click the email and select Always move to Focused Inbox.
Check spam or promotions folders
If a Document360 email appears in your spam or promotions folder:
Open the message.
Select Report Not spam or Move to Inbox.
Future emails from Document360 will be delivered correctly.
If you receive a suspicious email
If you receive an email that does not come from one of the official Document360 addresses listed above:
Do not click on any links or download attachments.
Forward the email to support@document360.com for verification.
Our support team will confirm whether the email is legitimate.
