You can hide an article in any workspace or language so that it is only accessible by team accounts and not readers.

What is a hidden article?

A hidden article will not be listed in the Knowledge base site and cannot be accessed through the direct link, but will appear in the Knowledge base portal for internal use.

Hidden article titles will be struck through in the Documentation section.

How to hide a single article?

  1. From the Knowledge base portal, go to Documentation
  2. Click on the More Actions icon (•••) next to na article name in the Category manager or the editor
  3. Select the Hide option
When you hide an article, it will not be returned in search results in the Knowledge base site.
How will you unhide the articles?

Similarly, you can click the More actions icon (•••) and click the Unhide option

How to hide multiple articles in one go?

  1. From the Knowledge base portal, click on Documentation, then go to All articles found at the top-left

  2. Navigate to the different workspaces and languages available in your project using the respective drop-down at the top

  3. Filter the articles with the available filter options

  4. Select the desired articles you want to bulk-hide

  5. Click the Hide option that appears at the top of the pane along with all other actions
