Viewing the shortcuts panel

To open the built-in shortcuts reference inside the editor:

  1. Open any article in the Advanced WYSIWYG editor from the Knowledge Base portal.
  2. Click the More icon (•••) in the top-right corner, next to the Publish button.
  3. Select Keyboard shortcuts from the dropdown menu.

NOTE
