Login page
The login page appears when the reader accesses the home page of your private Knowledge base site. Customize the login page of your knowledge base site, and enhance the look and feel of it.
The customization is applicable only for the Knowledge base site and not applicable for the Knowledge base portal.
You cannot switch back to your default login page after configuring a custom login page. It is recommended to have a custom login page to enhance the reader experience.
How to customize the login page?
- Go to Settings → Knowledge base site → Custom pages → Login
- You can find two sections on this page
- Basic style - Basic customization with the available options
- Custom style - Customize with HTML and CSS
- Once you're done, click Save
Basic style
You can use the options such as Theme and Image.
Theme
Change the location of text and image with this option. By default, 3 predefined alignments are available for selection.
- Click on the desired theme and click Save to update the custom page
Upload image
Upload a related image to enhance the page.
Click the Upload button and a popup appears with Default images
You can find the default images provided. Click the desired image and click Save
Custom style
Customize the unauthorized page with HTML or CSS section.
- Select the Custom style and you can find two tabs:
- HTML section
- CSS section
- Navigate to the desired tab and update the section as per your requirement
- Click Preview on the top right of the section to view the preview of the customized unauthorized page
- Once you're done, click Save
