The Enterprise SSO (Single Sign-On) feature enriches the user experience with authentication within Document360 and at the same time providing an added level of security. The user need not worry about remembering the individual credentials for each application or project.


How to enable Enterprise SSO on Document360?

  1. Go to the desired project in Document360
  2. Click SettingsUsers & SecuritySAML/OpenID or JWT
  3. You can choose to configure either SAML or OpenID SSO standard along with JWT for your project

Currently, Document360 provides an either-or functionality for the SSO standards(SAML or OpenID). Once the IdP is configured using an SSO standard (SAML or OpenID) for a project, the user would not be able to create another simultaneous session. But SAML/OpenID can coexist with a JWT configuration.

For example, If a project is configured in the OpenID standard with Okta as IdP, the SAML option would be disabled.
