You can access your profile from these modules of Document360

1. Accessing your profile from 'My projects'

The 'My profile' page can be accessed from the 'My projects' by clicking on the icon at the screen's top-right. The icon will mostly be your profile image or a default image placeholder if you are yet to set a profile image.

Once you click on the icon, the Profile image and profile name is displayed along with two other options.

My profile

The 'My profile' window contains the following information

  • Profile image
  • Profile first and last name
  • Email
  • The author page URL (The {domain.document360.io} is a placeholder for your project domain name, and it varies for different projects.)

    For example, https://docs.document360.com/docs/author/kingson

  • Author biography (This field would be blank if you have not added any biography to your profile)
  • Edit button - Click on the button to change your profile image, first/last name, author URL slug, and biography. The email cannot be edited if you are a Single Sign-On (SSO) user

Logout

The 'Logout' button logs you out of the Document360 dashboard and displays a 'logged out' page with a login button available.

2. Accessing your profile from the Knowledge base portal

The 'My profile' page can be accessed from the Knowledge base portal by clicking on the icon at the screen's top-right. The icon will mostly be your profile image or a default image placeholder if you still need to set a profile image.

The following information and options are available once you click on the profile icon.

  • Profile image
  • Profile first and last name
  • Portal role
  • My profile
  • View access permissions
  • Logout

My profile

The 'My profile' window contains the following information.

  • Portal role - The portal role assigned for your team account in the project
  • Content role & access - The content role assigned for your team account in the project and the content access level. You can find information such as the workspace name, languages, and categories your account is allowed access
  • View contributions - Clicking on the 'click here' hyperlink redirects you to the 'Team accounts' module in the Analytics menu. Here you can view all your article contributions to the project
